This seminar is part of an innovative program by the Ontario Institute of Quantity Surveyors, GTA Chapter designed to address the dilemma of "no Canadian experience, no job; no job, no Canadian experience" that prevents many skilled immigrants in the area of quantity surveying, construction estimating and project monitoring  from contributing to Canada's construction economy.

- Clint Kissoon PQS(F) from George Brown College, who recently wrote and presented a paper on "Transmigration of the Internationally Trained Professionals" at the Pacific Association of Quantity surveyors 2005 Conference in Dalian, China
- Cross-section of CIQS/OIQS successful immigrants from Europe, Africa and Asia;
